Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body — found in skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue. This blend is made from bovine collagen, naturally rich in Type I and III collagen — the types most commonly found in skin and connective tissues.
It’s also packed with amino acids like glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, alanine, and lysine — many of which are found in joints, tendons, cartilage, and ligaments.
